This Accident Only Medical Expense benefit covers up to $5,000 for all covered necessary medical and dental expenses per occurrence that are a direct result of an accidental injury. With a $100 deductible, this plan covers active members and spouses under age 70 and dependent children up to age 19. Coverage is extended to dependent children up to age 26 if they are a full-time college student. (Child ONLY membership is not available) The package also includes a $10,000 AD&D benefit as outlined below. Critical Illness Coverage: will pay up to $25,000 to the insured and up to $12,500 to an Eligible Spouse, if they are diagnosed with a covered Critical Illness. Covered Critical Illnesses: Life Threatening Cancer, Heart Attack, Kidney (Renal) Failure, Stroke, Coma, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Loss of Sight, Speech or Hearing, Major Organ Transplant, Paralysis and Severe Burns.
