About Marcy Olthoff
Marcy is committed to the highest level of customer service possible. With over
eighteen years customer service experience, she has heard and seen all kinds of
complex situations. She is devoted to checking status on new applications, facilitating
change of coverage requests, and answering customers general questions regarding
their health insurance policies. Marcy considers it both her personal and professional
goal to help every customer with a broad range of challenges including; coverage
questions, claims issues, and underwriting concerns.
Marcy is a proud mother of two now adult children and one grandchild. She embodies
what it means to be a 'young' Grandmother. She takes her mental, physical and spiritual
wellness seriously. Besides her committed carrier choice to help others find and
get health insurance, she also lives a healthy lifestyle through practicing proper
nutrition, through regular exercises, and church activities.
